How much does it cost?

Our pricing is based on how much space your mirror image requires. There is a £25 base rate, then £1.10 per GB, per month (minimum of 50GB)

In the event of a disaster
In the event of a disaster, PCM will establish a temporary server to run the network, in as cost effective manner as is practical The cost of re-establishing an operational network will be charged at our standard rate of £64.00 per hour For work outside a 5 mile radius from PCM, travel time will be charged at £28 per hour in quarter hour blocks; mileage will be charged at £0.40 per mile, calculated from our office. For work within a 5 mile radius, there is a fixed travel time charge of £32

The small print

Unless otherwise agreed, this service is operational between the hours of 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays
Additional storage space, if required, is available in 5GB blocks charged at £5.50 per month
Instruction to back-up data will continue until we are notified
Payment: monthly by Standing Order
On termination of this service client data will be deleted from the PCM back-up server. The recovery Server and software license remains the property of the client
Minimum term for this service is six months. Written advice must be received one month prior to termination
An annual renewal period will apply
