New E-commerce website launched

SprayEquipmentDirect.com opens for trading online

For all you Spray Equipment enthusiasts, the launch of www.SprayEquipmentDirect.com will no doubt have been highlighted in your calendar.

SprayEquipmentDirect.com is the e-commerce site of Spray Plant (UK) Ltd, who are a long established specialist supplier of paint spraying equipment, spares and accessories in the UK.

Previously, PCM re-developed the main Spray Plant website - therefore, they approached us again when considering an e-commerce venture.

The SprayEquipmentDirect.com website sells a variety of paint spraying equipment - PCM created the functionality to allow Spray Plant to add new products onto the website with ease. They have the facility to upload multiple images (which are resized automatically to fit the design), as well as PDF files containing technical information.

To take payments online, PCM integrated the website with Protx, allowing visitors to pay securely by credit card. We also setup integration with the Google Shopping product search - overnight, the details and prices of SprayEquipmentDirect.com's products are automatically uploaded to the Google price comparison website.

Even though it has only been trading for a few months, Spray Plant are finding that not only are they receiving orders online, but also they are receiving more telephone enquiries, referred by the website.
